CANCELLATION AND LIABILITY POLICY

Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Should you wish to cancel your attendance at a workshop and your accommodation at Willow Pond House you may do so up to 30 days in advance of the workshop. You will receive a full refund at this time minus the $110 registration fee. Cancelling after the 30-day period will result in a partial refund of 50% if done 14 days in advance of the workshop. If cancelling within 14 days no refunds will be processed. Requests should be emailed to info@willowpondslo.com.

Acts of God: In the event that the performance of this Agreement or any obligation under this Agreement is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by causes beyond the reasonable control of the party obligated to perform, and if the party unable to carry out its obligations gives the other party prompt written notice of such event, then the obligations of the party invoking this provision shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event. The term "Acts of God" shall include, but not be limited to, natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, floods, and storms); war, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism; and epidemic, pandemic or quarantine restrictions.

Liability: By registering for this workshop you agree to assume all responsibility for non-refundable expenses including but not limited to travel and accommodation. Travel insurance is encouraged. If the workshop is cancelled by the instructor you will receive a full refund. Should any injuries occur during the workshop or while on Willow Pond SLO's premises, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carol Paquet, Jean Paquet, and Willow Pond SLO.
