A dusting of snow

Snow dusted the top of the foothills surrounding Edna Valley and San Luis Obispo last night.

In our 17 years here this has never happened. A beautiful and unexpected gift to wake up to - in between all the rain storms we have been getting. Beautiful it may be but I don’t love it as the studio gets way too cold to work in. 

That’s why we only do workshops in the warm Spring, Summer and Fall months. A large part of the experience at Willow Pond will be spent outdoors enjoying the pond environment, outdoor dining and fireside chats around an open fire under the stars.
