Dusk at willow pond

One of my favorite times of the day - when the sun is low and everything is back lit. These deep orange colored Watsonia’s are a South African flower, a genus of plants in the family Iridacae which grows so well here on the Central Coast.

They always surprise us in early Spring with their wonderful blooms and continue with their show till early summer.
